Ot- I don't know what to do

I don't know what to do. I mean all my life I have wanted to pursue a life as an entertainer, but I am not sure whether or not to carry out my dream. See I love to entertain its just my life, and I believe I got what it takes, but I don't want to miss out on the good things in life. Like not being able to see my family and my friends, kinda makes me a little bit upset. The other factor is the stress, I am not sure if I can take it or not. I really would want to entertain but I akso want to see my family and friends and do other things. I don't know what to do. Plus I am sort of unsure on how I can break into the biz. I think I would want to entertain and then later become something else to settle down and have a normal life. I don't know what to d can someone give me advice. I read a thread somewhere that some people here are in the biz can you tell me a little about the lifestyle and give me advioce and you opinion about my situataion. Even if you are not in the biz I need suggestions. Please! :bluesad:

if you want to do it, go for it! i hate when people have talent and they just waste it. it was given to you for a reason. any job is going to be stressful and if your successful enough youll be able to fly family to visit you etc... even if its not alot youll still get to see them. what do you do? like do you sing, dance, act, what?

I like to act, play gutiar, sing, and perhaps, (lately been thinking about) becoming a comedian. Jack a of all trades

i wanna break in to. i have to wait until im 18 though pretty much. i do shows at school and im gunnna try to break into community theater this spring/summer. also i do other random stuff. its my dream to be a performer and hopefully ill make it someday. and hopefully you will too! good luck!

and as for advice, start out in school or in community theater if you are into acting. try various competitions if there are any in your area.

i so belive that you should never let your talent go to waste and you should follw your dreams but you do need to relize that there are alot of peopl out there like you who have dreams and talent and that being sucussful in this industry is like a 1/10000000 chance but still babe i think you should reach for the stars!
