i personally believe if you go to someones webshots and go "oh nice pics" and then take them and put them on your site w/o crediting them is wrong, and it is illegal. Also.. its really wrong when you take peoples pictures that have tags on them (for crediting purpose only), and then remove their tags and use them w/o credit. people who do this have issues. <33
