ok so i have to do this project for this trip im going on to England this summer. And well part of it is I had to cook a dish. So I went searching online for one and it came up with Ramekins, witch I thought was what the actually dish that you put it in was called but i dunno, it is like a bread and cheese pudding. Do you think or does someone think they could help me? I need to find the history of the dish. Please someone help! ASAP! Cuz its due tomorrow thank you!! :love:

Just that this weekend in ocean city is a huge car show weekend, so MAD people are down. And well it rained. And they only put friggin 5 servers on today, they should of had people on call. So we got slammed and i had a 9 table secation, that was full ALL day. We got our butts kicked bad, and the kitchen was screwing up, we couldn't be as social with our tables as we would have liked. We only had ONE bar tender and she was so SLOW so we weren't gettin our bar drinks until AFTER the people's food came out. SOOO in the end they had to comp a lot of things and people were sooo mad. So yeah my sales were 700+ but i only made like 75. Which sucks on a day like today. <33
