how do i find out...

i was just at aaroncarteronline.com and i saw that there was a date for June 12th in Syracuse, NY at some WNTQ Balloon Fest and i was wondering how i could find out more info about this appearance? there is no specific appearance time or admission info on the site and i really need to know these things so i can arrange a ride early or else it'll be a repeat of Dec. 28th for me :( thanks for any input :)

probbaly go on the wntq (guessing its a radio station) website. or maybe the baloon fest will have one?
