I've actually been around here since July of 1999, but that was when I posted under my other name that I no longer use which was stardust80.
I registered this name back in January 2000 but then stopped using it because I fell off the face of the earth, ok, fell of the face of the board more like it. :D

When BSB took their vacation a lot of the oldies but goodies left!! :( Some went to the Nsync board and some went to the Mature fan club's message board. Some people left because they didn't like the new board design. Some stayed!! :)

Will be on a year in January. I arrived on the heels of the Zoe thing. This place fills my Backstreeting requirements and I have found enough like-minded people for the validation I keep insisting to myself I don't need and enough unlike-minded people to keep those Backstreet Defender skills in fighting trim and I just love a good fist fight now and again.
I don't really belong here as in fit but I'm contrary enough that it doesn't matter and it fits anyway.
Almost everywhere there is a community of fans you have a sense of community and every Backstreet community is unique but I can just snuggle into this place like my favorite ratty old comforter but with enough edge to make it worth carving a few hapless nay sayers who wnder across my dark side every once in a while.
Oh my, that doesn't sound very congenial, but then again niether is the board totally and that's fine by me.
I guess it's mainly that when I go to the far reaches of the Galaxy of Strange in an effort to fine tune the Boys, you all basically pat me on the head, say that I'm crazy (duh) and life goes on. I'm tolerated like your strange cousin Elmo with the belly button lint sculpture collection and accepted for the most part. I like that.
