....so, since you'll be out of town, that means that the party Saturday afternoon will be at the Compound around your pool, right? I wonder where the FBI are these days? Ah memories - - that's the first day I met the Good Doctor. Awwwww, I'm getting all misty-eyed here.

I smell a huge party in the making. Tell Pam I'll call her!

.....why make Pam clean the house? The Omni has a pool.....
I will be busy pimping myself out as a taxi, shuttling people from the airport to downtown on Friday night, but I see no reason why we can't just transfer the party from Jocks N Jills on Friday evening to someone's room at the Omni for the rest of the night, then down to the lobby in our jammies for breakfast and out to the pool for the remainder of the day. Sounds like a plan to me....

Cobalt,

You must cancel those plans immediately! All the Southern WWA will be there! I'm coming, and I'm working on the President! How can you possibly miss all that fun?!

Julie, we may stay at Embassy Suites instead, slightly less $'s and free breakfast. Would that be ok? I think we may even get a couple of free drinks there, have to check on that!

Booked our flights today, now all we need is tickets to the show!

WOOHOO!

Only phone and internet sales and you may use any TM phone number you wish to.
I have a separate thread now that has ticket sales/times/seat charts etc.

Very weird set up. And it looks like more than half-house.

Based on the generic half-house set up, I expected the stage face Secs. 109, 110, 111.

Sure hope no one bought 400s.

Well, I'm in the premium seats, but section 7.... Oh well, I'm in and there's those parties, right? ;)

Section 7 may be a bit better than you think because it looks like Sec. 120 is as far as they sold on that side. Section 7 can't go past Sec. 120. Section 7 may be closer to the front on the end of the stage.

Useless information...George in Seinfeld wanted to name his first child "Seven" after M. Mantle's #.

Day of the onsale, a minute into the onsale I was offered a pair in Section 5, Row F, iwth will call being the only option. I took them. After seeing the revised seating chart I have to wonder -- am I in the sixth row or is there going to be a pit in front of me? :) :funny:

AMIW
Jun 22nd, 2005, 10:30 AM
at this point assume you are in the sixth row - the people at Phillips have never done this stage setup before and have no idea how to put the seats down on the floor yet - i'e will sections 1,2 and 6,7 really be at an angle or will they face the stage side on

You'll be just as surprised as the rest of us come July 23rd

Oh and I see that the evil minions at Fortress TM now have (a couplde of days after the onsale) pre-paid parking on sale for the bargain price of $20

The bigger question is this:
Is it a safe 6 block walk from the Best Western on Peachtree to the arena or are my fiancee and I better off getting a cab?

AMIW

the best western at 330 W. Peachtree?? there are two downtown...

So assuming it's that BW
the answer to your question is yes its safe - I wouldn't walk across Simpson St and then down though there is a lot of construction and still being redeveloped areas there.

Just come out of your hotel and turn right and walk down THE Peachtree St and turn right at the Westin (that's Andrew Young International Blvd) and you will be more than safe..om your stroll to the arena....
