(Jacksonville, FL) -- Doctors at Shands Jacksonville Hospital in Florida discovered a bullet in a man's tongue yesterday -- and the man did not even realize he had been shot. Wendell Coleman told police he got in to an argument with a man in a parking lot early Monday morning. He had been talking to the man's girlfriend and the jealous man put a gun to Coleman's face. He says he heard the gun fire but didn't feel anything. Coleman went home and slept. He woke up with a sore mouth and had trouble talking. Coleman walked to the hospital and mumbled to doctors that his mouth hurt. Upon examination, the doctors determined the cause. He says he didn't know the shooter in the parking lot, and it was dark. Police are asking for information in connection with the shooting.
