Considering the demographic, maybe it supposed to be that simplistic -- who knows. I don't find it anything to be too proud of. Rather repetitive. There doesn't seem to be a nomination list, so who knows what other lyrics she was up against. =P I could be wrong; the other songs could have been extremely poorly written. But congrats to them both.
