Cheapest Gas: Coincidence?

With gasoline prices close to $3.00 a gallon in my neck of the interstate, I just read that Cheyenne, WY is home of the cheapest gas in the country (http://www.9news.com/acm_news.aspx?OSGNAME=KUSA&IKOBJECTID=bc5a8668-0abe-421a-002d-ccee86769230&TEMPLATEID=0c76dce6-ac1f-02d8-0047-c589c01ca7bf).

Hmmm. Isn't that the home of a certain vice president (http://www.whitehouse.gov/vicepresident/vpphotoessay/cheneyalumnifield/01.html) who hosted a private meeting of energy executives at the White House a few years back?

I filled my tank this past Monday in PA over the MD border @ $2.29 a gallon...I felt like driving my other 3 vehicles back to PA just for the price...
