"Haters," and "I Can't Wait"

...why weren't these songs included in the Most Wanted CD?... "Haters" was easily stand out track from Hilary Duff--- which BTW, was completely mishandled by Hilary Duff and Hollywood Records.

I love the album "Hilary Duff"! I wish someones watching over me was included on the greatest hits CD!
