I Shoulda Filled Up My Tank Yesterday....

Down south here we had a mini panic yesterday, long, long lines at
the punmp. Today, not so bad. Yet when going by three stations earlier noticed most had the white bags almost over all the tanks except the premium (I assume it was the premium). Made me realize it's a little like the calm before the storm. Today everyone had gas, what's going to happen, though, when people start running out and they have not been around to refuel these stations. Trouble looms (especially given the holiday weekend).

We're going out of town and I need about 1-1/2 tanks woth for the round trip...as soon as we close in on our destination I'll be filling 'er back up...

when I filled up this morning, gas was $2.98. When I got home, it was $3.05. Never thought I'd get so excited to see that gas was still only $3 a gallon...
