What Happened to the Prisoners?

Saw on the television the other day an outdoor platform (looked like a bridge of some sort, but who knows) of NO prisoners all decked out in orange. Apparently the prison was flooding but I have not heard any word as to where these prisoners were taken. Do you think they may account for the roaming gangs? At one point I had also heard that a a warden and his family (kids) had been taken hostage, but no more news on that either.

Any one else hear anything?

Heard nothing about the hostage situation, but I also heard the wardens made it pretty clear that they were better of being in the jail system right now then being on the streets of NO.
