While at the U.N., Bush passed a note to Condi asking if he can take a bathroom break.

It's good he has such experienced help around for top policy decisions.

I wonder if he asked her where she bought her shoes.

Other thoughts that come to mind:

Does he not know if he needed to go? Why the question mark? Not terribly inspiring for a War President.

Was his next note "It's a #2 and I really really need to go."

Or was it "Condi, do you like me? Circle Y or N."

Will Condi Rice also be named Executive Bathroom Monitor?

Was "bathroom break" code for "Can we tell them yet....can we tell them yet...I really want to tell them that we just invaded Iran."

Did Condi write back and say "Stop being such a baby."

Funny Boy Bush also asked U.N. Secretary-General
Kofi Annan about John Bolton - "How's he doing? Has the place blown up?"

I can't believe I feel the need to dignify some of your posts by actually posting replies. But you're off the mark here and someone needs to call you on it! First, it seems to me that much of the moaning and groaning on this board has a lot to do with where, how and, occassionally, on whom, the Prez decides to piss. You would think his asking permission would gladden the heart of you libs. But being serious for a moment, simply standing up and walking out at the wrong moment (depending on who was speaking, could have sparked some kind of international incident). Do you really think Iran's new President would have been thrilled if our President excused himself while he was chastising the US???? Who knows, he may have fired up the nukes!

Regardless, you are, as always, making a mountain out of nothing really...which is a talent that you libs seems to have in abundance.

I would think that most any adult should be able to figure out when it is appropriate for a bathroom break.

However, you are correct that there might be a protocol involved, but regardless, it is amusing that he had to pass a note for a bathroom break. One would think that he might have been briefed on protocol beforehand. Or, maybe he needed Mommy to tell him to go wee-wee before his big meeting. :D

Now, what is your excuse for why he could not dress himself before his TV appearance Thursday night?

That's easy! He's a man! There are just certain things I do not expect men (straight men, that is) to be able to do! :D

Well, I don't know about you, but I want my president (who has his hand on the nuc-u-lar button) to be able to find the right button! OMG....

Maybe what happened was he was thinking that maybe he started to button his shirt but then thought he had to go make pee pee, but Condi wasn't around to ask, and he forgot where he was in the buttoning process, and simply misbuttoned his shirt. Hell, any of us could have the same thing happen if Condi wasn't there to let us go pee pee. :D
