He is almost like I pictured. He is suppose to look creepy looking, but I pictured him alot skinner....but isn't he the fake Moody & not the real Moody (I'm rereading the book, but I could of sworn that the real Moody was locked away somewhere).

Yeah maybe he is...but the real and fake Moody look the same...thats why no one knew about him 'til the end.

I pictured him a lot skinnier as well, and older and kind of filthy, lol.

lol he was suppose to be disgusting looking. Thats how Jk Rowling described him to be.
Now I'm gonna take this a bit off topic and say that Krum,Cedric, and Fleur looked nothing like I had pictuered them to be. But its not all about the looks...its about their talent and how well they fit into the character.
