Seriously, what would you individually tell each one of them right now if you could? Face to face, you have the individual Boy's undivided attention and for those of you in my situation assuming you could actually breathe and retain the mental acuity to form words.

Oh God! I've played this scene in my mind so many times, it's freaky! The first thing i would say to Alex when i see him, is: "God, you're crazy." And then i'll proceed to rape his skinny ass bare. :p Are we supposed to do all of them or just one? * a little slow today*

Kevin - lighten up
Nick - I'll make you forget all about Mandy ;)
Brian - you getting married makes you all the more sexy
AJ - DON'T get anymore tattoos
Howie - don't ever change

Okay. Assuming I could keep SDL under control (imagine me wrestling myself to the floor screaming "Don't you DARE!" under the nose of a very startled BSB).
AJ - We love you to death and we want you to love yourself more.
Brian - We love you and I'm so happy you've found something that makes you so deleriously happy.
Howie - We love you no matter what. Be more impulsive (the concept would probably freak him out too badly).
Kevin - We love you and some of us are worried about you. If you haven't put a bullet through that dirt bike, I'll do it for you.
Nick - We love you no matter what. Don't worry so much. We're cool.
BSB - We love you all very much, now how about some A CAPPELLA!?!?!
JIVE - Sleep with one eye open.
The Firm - Thank you for existing and grounding the Boys when you did. Had it probably not been for you all, the group would have broken up two years ago.
To the various familial gene pools which produced them - Thank you soooo much. Couldn't have done any better had we asked.
To my parents - You couldn't have waited another 20 years (so this situation would seem less grotesque)?

Oh.. I have thought about this many many times and I know what I would love to say but knowing me .. I would probably break out in nervous laughter..(bad habit of mine..I laugh hysterically on roller coasters.. laughed when my hubby proposed to me.. poor guy) BSB would probably think I was some kind of looney !! My 13 yr daughter and I were just talking about this subject with the concert coming up and praying that we have picked the right hotel to stay in .. and what if we would see them there and what would we say.. first thing she said I would do is probably start laughing..

I've BEEN in this situation and it's awful... I didn't want to say "the perfect thing" because then it would sound rehearsed or I'd sound psycho, but then because I was so casual I started thinking I'd "missed my chance" and I'd never have the opportunity again. Oh well. :D lol!

Honestly I have so many things to say that I would not know where to start. I wouldn;t be able to speak to any of them. I always said if I got the chance again I would actually speak this time...but just the thought leaves me queasy

And Geeze your Alex comment made me cry.....

Thank-U-God

First of all I’d say thank you for sharing their God given talent with us.

Brian – You have proven to be a strong person by following your heart and we wish you and your wife much happiness and may God bless your marriage.

AJ – You energy is unbelievable, slow down a little and take time to smell the roses once in a while. After this can we go party together?

Nick – Boy have you grown. You are a beautiful person. Don’t let go of the child within you just yet, enjoy it a little longer. Your are very talented, now can see one of you shoes?

Kevin – Congratulations to you and your beautiful wife. Smile more often and lighten up, life is not at serious as you think it is. Get drunk once in a while and act silly for a change.

Howie – (this is the hardest, only because I adore him) Can I bite you? Just kidding. Your wife will be a very lucky woman because I can tell you’ll treat her well, since you treat your mother like a queen. God bless you and keep always. Keep making beautiful music, don’t ever change except maybe to be a little more aggressive. One final thing I’ll learn to cook for you.

And at the end I will follow Geeze idea and say now how about some A CAPPELLA?

And of course Thank U God (no punt intended) for these wonderful boys.

That's why I started this topic. Say here what you never got the chance to say. Since I never intend to get within spitting distance of one, this suits me fine.

I am absolutely sure that if I ever found myself staring into any one of those five pairs of eyes, I would completely lose any rational thought, or the ability to even form sounds, much less coherent words.

I read the following somewhere, I can't even credit the author. I wish I could say it was me, because I couldn't feel it any more if I'd written it myself. I'd like to able to look at all the guys and form these words, let them know how I think we all feel.

Your time spent touring, your time spent being who you are, we applaud you for all you have done. Each and every one of you deserve your successes in life, as you have proven you are devoted to your passion. You are all so talented, each in your own different and unique way. That is what has made you succeed. Not your looks, your dance moves, but your own selves. Your own ordinary and plain, yet ever so slightly amazing selves. As yes, we realize you all are nothing but normal guys, only human. You put your pants on the same way as we do. You laugh as we do. Yes, we know. But, nevertheless, you are so very special to us. Please, let us admire you.

I'm sure you have watched us, the fans, grow with you. Our faces may be more mature everytime you look into the crowd, but our hearts are the same. Our laughter hasn't changed. As the future continues to roll in, who knows what roads may appear before you.

Kev and Bri, will you now be focused on your own families, perhaps planning on bringing new lives into the world shortly? Will music, though it remains a powerful influence in your lives, slowly take to the back burner? None of us could frown upon hearing that it would. (Well, maybe a little!) You have been kind enough to share your lives with us this far. Now it is time to share your lives with yourselves and your families. Perhaps now you can find some meaning in privacy. Your wives have stolen our hearts, just as they have stolen yours. Though our opinions should be the last concern on your minds, please know we like Kristen and Leighanne. They are beautiful, graceful, and they seem to adore you. Often, the "girlfriend" is looked upon as being unworthy, but these two hold a candle deservedly. As long as they put those smiles on your faces, Kevin and Brian, a smile will be on ours. We are so happy to see the two of you so happy. May you all be only positive support to each other. May your wives always be your sunrise, and you always their sunset.

AJ, no doubt your vocal abilities will carry you as far as you will allow them. You may find yourself having to lasso your awaiting success in order to stay grounded. Your possibilities are endless. You have already proven you can take the stage on your own. And you know how to rock a crowd. Never lose that, AJ, never lose that.

Howie, perhaps your acting career will take off. Perhaps you will now focus on your sister's career, helping her to spread her wings as she helped you long ago. Keep your innocence, Howie. I don't mean innocence in naiveness, but innocence in being young at heart. Enjoy your family, enjoy your success. Enjoy our smiles as you continue to peer into the crowd, for we will always be there.

And Nick, last, but certainly not least. Listen to your heart, Nick. Trust your gut. Live life as you want, and not as others would have you live. You will always have music, and your accomplishments already outweigh your youthful years. Follow your dreams and "shoot" for the stars. Don't ask too many questions or analyze unnecessary situations. Take time for yourself, Nick. Take time just for you.

Thank you all for the laughs, the cries, for all the memories. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Hopefully, our support and admiration has made your travels on long and winding roads, as well as sleepless nights and feelings of homesickness somewhat worth it. We have been your family away from family.

You have allowed us to bring you into our homes. You have brought smiles to our mouths. You have let us love you. And, in turn, our faces will always be out in the crowd. Our cheers will always come forth. You will always have an audience in us, your fans, regardless of what roads you choose to steer toward. May you all be blessed in love throughout life. May your stars always be within reach. May you never, ever forget the admiration and support backing you. These words of appreciation, this is our way of singing to you. So let us perform for you. Sit back, lower the lights, and enjoy the show. May our singing, our voices, be as precious and melodious to you as yours have been to us. We love you, and we thank you from deep within our hearts ... and our souls.

(P.S. from jdene: Sorry this is so long, I just thought some of you might want to read it. I know it really touched me deeply when I did.)

*hands on hips*
ugh fine Geeze but I gotta get the tissues.
Ok I would never actually say this stuff.. (esp part of Kevin's)..but its what I wish I could. And don't ask me why I sound like a psychic. ;)

Kevin-Your ability to take control and postively influence the group has changed the way I and many people look at the Backstreet Boys. You have shown mature and postive influences for everyone. Something a father can truly be proud of. You will make a wonderful father one day. God Bless You.

Brian-Your voice is that of that of the angels. Your strenghth and love is so incredible and comes out with every note you sing. May God bless you and your family.

Howie-Your love and dedication to the things you belive in is what makes you beautiful. You always give back to those who love you. God Bless You.

Nick-You are a bright star. You have grown so much and have so much life and love ahead of you. Take the time to truly love yourself. Use your energy and spread it around you. Don't get caught up in things you cannot help. Let your spirit go. God Bless You.

AJ-You complete me. (I would never say that).
I love your outrageous attitude and sense of style. Your voice fills my heart everyday and I thank you for that. you have an unmatchable talent and I know you will go very far. Just take the time to relax. Don't push yourself over the egde.Love who you are and you will become the man you want to be. You rock my world. I love you. God Bless You.

Ok, given the fact that if I were ever to meet them, I'd probably be 3 sheets to the wind (or functioning on little to no sleep), I would probably be honest:

Kevin: Dude, get a haircut! What does your mama think?
Brian: Hi, how's it going? (No real comments for Bri.)
Howie: Want to go shopping?
AJ: What do you think of the Clifford, the Big Red Dog books now that they are all in color and no longer black and white? (experienced knows where this comes from. I decided to save the Scooby ones for you!!!)
Nick: I've got a great book for you! (J knows where I'm going!;))

*waves* Hi, BGF! Long time, no see! Sorry I can't be serious. Stuff is too weird right now.

omg, pcl.

make sure it's pocket size, the weight of the real thing would kill him.

noooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! the clifford conversation is my in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i've actually decided to go with the "are you an ernie or a burt?" lol.

lmfao!!! howie, step away from the sparkly sh*t! lol.

seeing as how my only conversation with howie consisted of "hey, hold the elevator?" "thanks" "oops" and "i'm a little tipsy..." i would now change it to "i'm sorry i didn't get it. i'm an idiot. here's my room key. give me five minutes."

and if you think i'm kidding, you don't know me.

pcl, i've just re-read the whole email (and responded) and am in total awareness that this is most possibly the most bizzare conversation i have ever had. it's not random, it's carefully calcualted.

later! :D

Wow! to whoever wrote what jdene posted: that's awesome man! It puts everything i've ever felt about the guys in words. Very touching letter.

Now, what I would say, Um... well assuming I would still be able to stand straight and actually form intelligible words it would go someting like this:

Kevin: Congratulations with your wife, I wish you all the best in the world, but please, remember that life can be something that is enjoyed, don't take things so seriously all the time and never forget to make time to smile. I love you, thanks for keeping the guys together through the tough spots!

AJ: You are one WILD man! But never change, you're just perfect the way you are! Believe in yourself, you've got more talent than most people ever dreamed of having. Lay off the tatoos, you're turning into the "leezard man", you don't need tatoos to make you beautiful. And I love you, thanks for everything!

Nick: You're the baby, and you always be, but man have you grown up to be "all that and more!" Stop doubting yourself so much, you deserve everything that has happened to you and don't forget that YOU made it possible (your mother doesn't deserve all the credit she has been getting). Stay the kid at heart you are. I love you, you were my "first" love and I will never forget how you have changed my life.

Howie: You should get more days off! You work your ass off to keep this group to the top and you deserve all of our thanks. When BSB is still #1 in ten years it'll be because of your love for the guys and for performing. We will never be able to thank you enough. Keep that heart of gold of yours, Caroline must be beaming with pride. I love you, and don't be afraid to act wild and let loose every once in a while.

and finally Brian: You deserve all the happinness in the world and I hope that what you have right now will last eternally. God has blessed you with life and an amazing talent. Keep touching our lives with it (because you ARE changing lives everyday) I could never be able to express how grateful I am to you for everything, I owe my life as I know it now to you. I'm glad you are smiling again, your smile has brought back joy to my life and to many others. never stop singing (even if it's only to your children someday) you sing like an angel and your Voice should never stop being heard. I love you with all of my heart.

Well, that's about it! It came out easier than I thought it would! Of course i would never be able to say that to them face to face! :)

Kevin: smile kev....youve got a new wife, a great job, a wonderful future, smile :)

AJ: keep living life the way you want, dont tell anyone what your doing is wrong, go with it, be different!

Brian: you are such a sweetheart, and even when times get tough you stay that sweetheart you are, we all love you.

Nick: Nick, Nick, where do i start.....you are a beautiful person, with a kind gently heart, i can see that in your eyes. Dont let anyone tell you you're something your not. Live life to the fullest, keep doing exactly what you're doing and last but not least....Have faith in yourself!!!

it's been decided.

the best topic is not the "are you an ernie or a burt" or "clifford's colored demise" but in fact:

"what do you think is the better topic, are you an ernie or a burt, do you think clifford has been ruined since the introduction of full color books, do you think scooby doo was wrecked with the introduction of scrappy, or do you think cartoons have been better or worse off since the introduction of atari?"

:p

I'd have to go for the scrappy question myself. Then again my classmates and I had a conversation about which drugs each member of the scooby gang represents. Couldn't figure out Velma.

Brian- I just want to take this moment to share with you the gratitude I have for you in my heart. Your faith and dedication has taught me to never give up in life. Your cheerfulness has taken away my pain. Your heavenly voice has uplifted my spirits. Most importantly your inspiration to become someone who can help others. Thank you for being such a role model to me and all the millions of fans worldwide. You are a Godsend, and God bless you and your family.

Aj-can I see and touch your area?(no im kidding) I have no idea what I would say to anyone except brian. I have replayed me talking to brian many many many times, so I have almost perfected my thoughts. But, i know in his prescence it would all come out ina jumble..
