Sweet 16/OT

Hey my best freind is playing her sweet 16 and she can't think of anything to do. Her birthday is in Feb. so I don't think its going to be anything outdoors. Also she doesn't want to have it at hall. She said she is willing to have a small amount of people and her parents a very lineant so yeah just give me any ideas if you can please?
