hey guys~
now, i am really underweight for my age and height.. those of u who have extremely fast metabolism know what im talking about... n e wayz: do u guys know anything that can aid in putting on weight... i dont kno wut it is... i eat a lot and dont gain an oz.! this is a serious question... it would be great if u guys could help me think of ways...

eat meat and excersice, it builds muscle. muscle weighs more and is healthyer than fat. Eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Damn I wished I was like that.I can just look at food or think about it..and gain weight..lol

All I can tell you to do is..Eat meat...like steak,fish,etc...Drink protin stuff..Also ask your family about it..Cause it could be more going on then you think.

I have a fast motabolism too..My senior year I weighed 135 then by the time it was over I weighed in 120 and it get dropping. I still keep dropping weight..and now its causing me to get muscle pain...it hurts like hell!

i had this problem a few years ago but mine got so bad i actually had to go to the doctor (i was 5 foot 9 and 100 lbs. to give you an example of what that looks like, nicole richie is now 5 foot 2 and 97 lbs so add about 7 inches to her without adding any weight) . he had me have two protein shakes a day one in the morning and one after dinner. they werent regular protein shakes though. they were a lot heavier. i made them with heavy cream, chocolate syrup, a little ice and protein powder. each shake was 1000 calories. at first they were good but after the first week they were really sickening lol. good luck

Screw more proteins. If you wanna gain weight, sit around and sleep more and eat more. That's what I do. I gained 5 pounds from it. I now weigh about 112 instead of 107...it adds up.

...Even though i'll probably lose it all in the upcoming months of working out..yay, exercise.

I wish i had a fast metabolism...but recently i`ve been drinking a lot of water and it makes you lose weight....well i`ve been on my neutral weight of 12O...So drink lots of water and yes build muscle its good!!......x3

Asking people on a message bored probably isn't the way to go. I would consult a doctor or a school nurse or something. You need to talk to someone with a little more knowledge on this. It could be a big problem that you don't know about so if I were you I would definatly go and get checked out. All the best to you :)

be a couch potatoe, eat a lot of carbs, and sugar, and unhealthy stuff, and never work it off. eat as much as u want of anything u want..pasta, bread, carbs, carbs, carbs! lol i never thought i'd answer this question! haha
