Hello everyone! I am so thrilled. I received an email from Mrs. Marx. Thank you so much to any and all who contacted her for me. As most of you know, until I get into my new office, my email is down in that I can receive and read them, but I cannot respond.

Mrs. Marx, if you're reading this, I am SO happy to have heard from you. It was driving me insane that I could never respond to the touching updates you'd email to me. Please give little Christina a huge hug from both Christina and I. What a little sweetheart. I'll never forget her beautiful little face when Christina was looking for her in the audience and suddenly found her, sitting right behind us with all of you. What an angel.

NikDC or Mike, Mrs. Marx did mention not being able to post here (I'm not sure if she went to the Christina forum, or to mine). Perhaps either of you or Richard ...if one of you would be so kind..could you email her to walk her through it? I'd like to keep in touch with her about little Christina, and I know she'd like to post something as well. I'll PM you her email address, in case you don't already have it.
I'd appreciate it. I know how confused I was when I came here to post, and am thinking perhaps it's just something she's overlooking, like I did at first.

Mrs. Marx did state that she didn't mind sharing the information here and is so happy about all of your prayers. She says that they need all they can get, so please everyone pray. She checks the boards everyday. Here is a part of her email to me (I'd post it all, but until I am able to correspond with her here--*I need to teach her how to use PMs too*--, I really don't feel comfortable posting all details and everything without checking with her first):

I received two emails today. I am so happy to hear from you. I was
wondering why you did not respond to me..now I understand. I would never
mind to have the information posted on your board. It is an honor.. Our
Christina needs all the prayers she can get.. I really thought that we lost
her on Dec. 23rd.. her lungs were filling up with fluid and the Doctors said
it could go either way. We were all very scared. We had Christina's CD's
playing for her and we still have them playing. .....

Our little girl
has been thru alot.. I will check the board daily. Please thank everyone
from the bottom of our hearts for their prayers. I wanted to post
something on the board but it won't let me.. I registered.. I will try again

Nice way to start a morning in here........Have to be the realistic guy here.....Even with Chemotherapy, Chances are dim for a cancer patient to recover. Lance Armstrong was indeed very lucky but He is one in a million.

I feel sorry for the kid.....5 years old tsk tsk tsk....

Cancer is one of the worst things that can happen... you never know if they'll make it to tomorrow. They're all definitely in my prayers, I know how tough it is to have to go through that. Keep the hope alive! Christina, you WILL make it.

People do survive stuff like this. My best friend had stomach cancer when we were 5, they said she wa going to die within a week. She didn't die, she lived and got better. We're now 18 and she's still cancer free...Lets just all have hope and pray that little Christina has the same outcome.

You guys, thank you SO much for your concern and prayers for little Christina. Thank you for keeping everything as optimistic and encouraging as possible, and for all these wonderful shows of concern, and for your prayers. Mrs. Marx says she visits here everyday to read the posts. I just can't imagine how scary this must be for them. God bless them.

Again, I knew you all had hearts of gold and would help Christina and I pray for them. God bless all of you. My daughter is definately so blessed to have you as fans. I'm still as amazed with you all as I was when this all started.

Christina Marx is the sweetest little girl. She is a strong girl and a role model for many. She is 5 years old, and battling such a huge thing.

PrincessKT, that was her Make-A-Wish. She was in the Meet N Greet in Orlando, Florida that I attended.

If only you all saw her face when Christina walked up to her and said "Hi Christina" My, it was amazing. It's one of those things where you just feel like crying. Then during the show, Christina dedicated the song to her, and I got chills. Chrisitina was so sweet to do that. That was an amazing night for that little girl.

If anyone has her email, of Christina or her mother, I would like to contact her. I know Shelly gave it out, but I wasn't able to catch it before she edited her post.

Please send Christina get well cards, she may not ever live a full live, but while she does live. We can make her happy and cheery. Christina Marx, whereever you are, I am praying for your recovery. Miracles do happen!

Ok everyone just an idea?! I got this idea from Jenn saying she was going to send her whole collection. But what if we do a HUGE gift of some sort. I am not sure what, but something Christina related.

Maybe we could do something like purchase some posters and all Christina's CD's and imports, send her the lunch box (Christina's of course) full of the CD's and goodies, Christina's dolls....!?! Maybe, Shelly, if you check back, we could get some of the CD's and you can get Christina to sign them, or sign a poster to Christina Marx and we send it out to her? What do you ya'll think?

I feel like we need to do something to liven the little girls spirits! E-mail me with ideas and such! I think this would be a great idea for us all to contribute.

Shelly, do you know if they have her hospital bills covered? Maybe we could also collect money and send it to them? I just feel in such a trivial time, you need something that may in the slightest way, make you smile for a mintue.

This part brought those unexpected tears to my eyes. THinking of the little girl and how much it makes her feel godo to listen to Christina. Thats really heart warming in a sad-happy way.
