with whether or not eminem is indeed retiring anytime soon. because he obviously hasn't said much and it also just sort of seems up in the air at this point.
i just wanna say that whatever he chooses to do with his life and career, i will back him with 110% support. sure, i will miss him and i will most definitely cry on december 6th when curtain call is released (only 5 more days). i just love him as an entertainer and have the most utter respect for him as a great father and man.
he's been through a lot this year and i do understand that he needs his time to heal and just be marshall, a father etc... but i will say that part of me is selfish and wishes he would stay as eminem and entertain me with the funny/serious/emotion and wtf type songs/videos. there will never be another eminem. i am gonna be cheesy and use aaliyah's song, eminem is one in a million. hopefully he will choose the path of just going on a long break, producing for his friends and one day out of nowhere, we hear that blonde haired, blue eyed crazy ass muther f**ker on the radio again and he will make us laugh again. i am getting a little teary-eyed as we speak.
i will miss him beyond words and will be forever grateful to mr. eminem for making the music he made throughout these years and making me a "stan." i just hope he knows how many people he's touched and how many people are going to miss him. like me!
and again, nothing has been said as to what he's planning to do but whatever he decides, i only hope he's gonna do it and it's gonna make him happy.
and closing out this thread, i'll quote eminem himself from his latest song, "when i'm gone":
"and when i'm gone, just carry on don't mourn. rejoice every time you hear the sound of my voice."
