Curtain Call is #1 in UK!

Since its release on Friday 2nd December, Eminems greatest hits album, Curtain Call, has stormed up the chart to Sundays coveted Number 1 place in just three days, knocking Madonnas Confessions on a Dancefloor off the top spot. Curtain Call sold more copies in one day than any other album that had been released for a full week.

Im really sorry he's killed off Slim Shady, but everyone deserves some time off to just be themselves. Maybe he will be Christmas number one, which is a big deal in the UK. Would make a nice change to all the rubbish covers that are always put out at this time of year!

Nah their are serveral albums which will sell better over the Christmas period in the UK...

The big deal is usually made with the singles chart not album!

Christmas number 1 only applies to the singles chart, which is what i was talking about, and seeing as When Im Gone is released on the 12th Dec., he may have a chance.
However it looks unlikely, as its quite a serious song, and these dont do as well in the charts as the funny/sarcastic ones. But you never know.... its getting quite a lot of airplay. Fingers crossed!
