Classic BSB Moments

Okay, on another post, we were talkin about those classic moments from the Boys that you'll never forget. Sorry if this has been a topic before but I've never seen it, so humor me. Here are a few of mine (they should all be on one of those American Express "priceless" commercials):

Nick "resigning" in Florida.
Nick calling Howie a dumbass.
Nick's reaction at learning he was in a garage band called the "Funky Chickens".
Nick's "The song is about ... what IS the song about, Kev?"
(Wonder how come so many of these involve Nicky Gene???)
Kevy calling AJ a dildo.
Howie hitting Nick in the privates in their backstage video and Nick's reaction to Howie hitting him in the privates. Nick telling Howie before that, "You do it, you get it back!" (Wonder if he ever "got him back"?????)

There have got to be tons more ... help me out here people!

Yeah, SIF, that was a great one. However, I don't think "loopy" was quite the word. "Drunk" is more like the word. Even Nick (especially Nick!)

Katt - it was actually MTV's Spring Break 1998, I believe. They were on with Brandy and sang "Everybody", right?

Vincennes, it's at backstreet.net's video archives somewhere. Not really sure exactly where. (Sue, are you out there to help us out?) We talked about it over the past few days so if you review some of those posts, you may find it. That's how I did, at least. I had never seen it before either, but it's great. Nick and Howie are in the concert costumes, just messing around backstage before the show and talking about the Backstreet motto: "You do it, you get it back." To demonstrate, Nick slapped Howie and Howie slapped him back. Howie then did something to Nick's neck, not really sure what, but it musta hurt, cause Nick jumped a foot, pushed Howie, and Howie started laughing hysterically. As they stood there laughing, Howie reached down and hit Nick in the crotch. They were only filming them from the waist up, but you could tell what was goin' on. Nick let out this squeal, jumped back, and put his hand up to his mouth. It was, as the AmEx commercials say, "priceless".

Yep the Boys sang Everybody and ALAYLM when Brandy hosted the show, but the Boys also hosted a different episode of the Grind from Spring Break and Jimmy Ray performed...LOL i never seen a clip online, its a shame though cause it was quite amusing

My fave is and always will be the "documenTARY" clip from the promo the boys did in Britain. Poor Nick was funny, but I think the best part of it was Kevin trying to sing Peter Cottontail and seguing into Frosty the Snowman by mistake.

Kev, dear? It's "hopping" down the bunny trail, not "thumping" down the bunny trail.

'Course, if A.J. was singing it, it would be "HUMPING" down the bunny trail...which would make a really interesting music video, come to think of it...

This one is at the Official Site http://www.backstreetboys.com in the Video section. It's in the Backstage category and it's called BSB Backstage. My favorite one there is the Billboard one where they show AJ and his "stylist" Rachel, trying on clothes and picking out what he'll wear.

Just once, I want to play dress up with AJ ;)

Here's a couple more cuties from Diary I thought of over the weekend:

AJ getting excited over the airplane toilet.
Brian's reaction. "AJ just gets so excited" (in his little gay voice)
Kev's "Now this is the way to travel, y'all" and scolding Nick and Brian "Why don't y'all just be loud so I get interrupted when I'm trying to do my thing. I was quiet for y'all."
Nick's "That's a big ole cat!!"
Brian eating bugs from the top of the bus in Australia.

Not from Diary, but the Billboards: Nick carrying Aaron up the stairs.

Their "Everyone" and "Larger Than Life" performances at the VMAs.

I can't believe I omitted the "documenTARY" tape and BK song from my original list. Nick and Brian cracking each other up is the epitome of BSB "classic". Also, Nick shoving the hamburger in Howie's mouth. (And Howie wearing the paper BK "crown". (Anyone else think there was enough food on that table for about 20 people?)

I tracked down the MTV Spring Break '98/ The Grind video clip. But the link is dead or the file is bad. There's a lot of dead links on this page but I did manage to download a few of the videos.
