i think bcuz he hasnt been there last yr so continued just that month to have a concert for the fans in PR..

thanks for the info! hopefully it will happen! On the march break my family and some friends are going on a cruise and it leaves from Puerto Rico and we are spending a few days there before the cruise! Wouldn't that be awesome if the concert was on one of the days we were there! I hope so!
