Man, how GOOD is this show? It's a must watch on Sunday nights. My favorite character is Yang. She is so seriously screwed up.

Poor George, I wish he could get over Meredith. I thought that was rank the way she slept with him and then (by the previews for next week) blows him off. I am one of the minority who is not for the McDreamy option.

Look, I have several questions and concerns:
1. I am concerned about the realness of the moment when Izzie grabs George by the shirt and gets in his face about how she needs sex NOW! I find it completely unrealistic that a guy would turn down Bethany Whispers even if she is a close friend of his.....even if he IS in love with meredith grey (all lower case because I so love Yang more than her)........com'on now, he did the Syph Nurse (sorry, can't remeber her name........was it Andrea, Annalise, Ariadne........I think it started with an "A".........hey, speaking of A's I'm laughing hysterically that The Hater has to do The Scarlet Letter for English III.......but I digress). Now, if George has no trouble saluting the flag for Syph Nurse why not Izzie?

2. I saw a vid somewhere that Ellen Pompeo said that one of the interns is leaving the program. It had BETTER NOT BE YANG!! I don't even care if were mer as I am not invested with her so much. I have a terribble feeling that it's Alex. Man, I kinda like him in that Evil Spawn way (I can see how he could have been a what was it...........Calvin Klein model........but he just doesn't make my eyes cross.....ya know, even though he gets major points for being married to a black woman and with 5 kinds yet........moreso for the 5 kids than for the sista).
My sadness tells me it might be Izzie................wait, she (mer) just said one of the interns........that doesn't necessarily mean it's one of the stars because there are other uncredited and non-star interns.
Acutally, I don't want it to be the snarky psych resident........you know, the one who dumped the Psychic Patient (who I thought was kind of hot in that weird, brain power is sexy, nerdy way).......because I liked the way he threw down with Yang telling her she must have gotten her medical degree at (I think) a correspondence school.

3. I hope they don't make Yang go all gooey now that she loves Burke. That he loves her makes him more interesting and seriously flawed/masochistic (pauses here to giggle). Seriously. I have never seen a person (other than in my mirror when I even look in a mirror) more divorced from their emotions. She would have to take a transatlantic flight to get in touch with them. (sigh) My hero.

4. I do not find McDreamy mcdreamy (okay, so his hair is kinda droolworthy). He should have his gonads shot off at 50 paces because he KNEW that marriage would come back to bite him in the ass. Come ON, he married Addison (whom strangely I do not hate) and was thinking with his small brain if he thought that she being the kind of broad she is would just tamely let him bolt all the way cross country without doing anything. He was SOOO unfair and callous even to poor old mer (she's so vulnerable and puppy-like) and he done her WRONG, I tell ya, WRONG!

5. I absolutely love Bailey. She has made the Strident Black Woman human. Everyone fears her and she tough love mothers them all.

That's mainly what I love so much about the show. None of the stereotypes are stereotypical. Must be because the show is mainly woman-driven. (drum riff)

When Yang (all time favorite line) screams for somebody to sedate her.

When George swings on Alex yelling "You gave me SYPHILIS!"

The many permutations of the word "seriously." Count how many times they say it in a epi.

When Derek tells the Chief that he doesn't think the Chief's tumor and the syph outbreak are related.

"You must be the woman who is screwing my husband." (mer should have kicked him dead in the crotch then....my opinion)

I love the show. Love Addison, Bailey, Christina, Burke and George. I like Izzy and Alex and I can't stand Meredith or Derek. Oh, and they need to bring Mcsteamy back. He was super sexy.

Can't wait until the Meredith and Derek reunion.. :) ..it's just gotta be coming up soon. However, I'm very happy that Meredith will be involved with someone new for a while...Derek deserves to feel misery...
-Izzie and Denny - can't stand their relationship...so unethical and stupid of Izzie...she's risking her career over a dying man. I definately sided with Alex...but he was a little harsh with her in expressing what she was doing wrong..but he was definately right

LoveLoveLove the show. Favourite character definitely has to be Cristina Yang. My favourite pairing would be Yang and Burke! Not many people I know think that they're just the adorablest! :)

I really like this show as well, but I must say that Meredith Grey annoys the holy crap out of me. I truly wish they had cast someone else in this role b/c that actress is not only horrible but sooo irritating lol.....did anyone see the episode of Punked when she was on it? In real life she is pretty g-h-e-t-t-o and its funny cuz I always thought that before that aired :cool:
