According to WorldofBritney.com it is a fan who who asked for a picture with him as he was visiting The Millenium Dance Studios in Los Angeles. Anyway, putting your arm around someone on the street is not a big deal - only to people like you who really want to make something out of nothing.

I don't understand for the life of me how you can read anything I've ever said here and equate it to Britney. I don't disregard anything said about ANYBODY in a tabloid, especially not The National Enquirer. I don't even remember an instance in which you can show in which I've done such a thing. That's the definition of a hypocrite.
