WHO ELSE IS EXCITED?!
The anticipated third studio release album by CHRISTINA AGUILERA will be titled "Back To Basics".
According to the three-time-Grammy-winner, it has an inspired 20's/30's sound and will flirt with blues and jazzy tunes mixed with a modern twist. Christina's last album was the provocative sophomore hit, Stripped, and was released 4 years ago in 2002 which sold over 8 million copies worldwide.
The first single has yet to be confirmed and the album is set to hit shelves this Spring 2006.
Christina was interviewed by MTV at the TRL awards tonight. A special segment was viewed with new information about the anticipated album.
Christina is also expected to perform with Andrea Bocelli at the closing ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. The blonde diva and the Italian singer will be singing their duet, Somos Novios, available in Bocelli's latest album, Amore.
