French TV channel TPS announced in a news show that Mariah will come to Paris with Snoop for the shooting of the video for the track produced by Pharrell. According to the TV channel, French fans could be involved in the video.
At this moment Universal France (which I just had on the phone) didn't confirm the info as they only heard rumors too and they are not aware of a possible involvement of the fans neither.
