Ace Young avatar help

Hey,

I was just wondering if someone could do me a favor. I really want this to be my avatar (It's Ace Young from American Idol)... but it's to big of a file size for LD, or to big (i'm not even sure to be honest...)... so I was wondering if someone could help me out.
