Just checking in. I know alot of you wanted me to tell you how it went, but since Christina didn't go, I'm not sure if you still want me to.

ok, food in a few! Well, it was very fun, I didn't get to sit in front of *NSYNC again, but there were stars galore!!

We first sat in the fourth or fifth row in between Outkast and Dr. Dre, Destiny's Child was two rows in front of us and BBMak were two rows behind us.

Unfortunately I have no gossip or anything. My friend got kicked out of her seats by the Backstreet Boys, my other friend Patty (shazaam4chasez) had a little encounter with Brian McKnight...can we say excited?! That's what she was. And JC waved at her :D. We ummm "accidentally" walked in front of *NSYNC's row a few times ;) Justin looked cute, Chris' dreads looked ummm...yeah...Lance kept talking to Tyrese who was sitting behind him.

There were SO many celebrities there!

Oh yeah, I took a program from the floor :p Marilyn Manson was sooooo scary, Billy Gilman was great (I don't like him normally), Jennifer Lopez is much skinner than I thought, ummmm.....

Anyone have any specific questions because I don't know what else to say...

Billy Gillman was so cute..I thought it was adorable when he gave his speech..then his mom was like crying for him aw. He wasn't dressed to sing that song though, huh? Uhmmm..Jen Lopez did look really skinny..and Britney Spears has lost so much weight since last time i really cared to notice..I want her stomach. argh. Were the celebrities getting into any of the musical acts? cause when ever they would show em theyd like all be sittin there like uhh...whatd u think of Pinks performance? I kinda liked it even though some people here didnt..lala

Did Britney sing live? I know it was obvious that she wasn't, but a bunch of people said that she sang live at the VMA's and the pre-recorded song was added to the broadcast. So basically, could you hear her?

sabby, I liked P!nk's performance enough. I was like "hey!" when I saw her fake Christina. But it was cool.

Did Britney sing live? Well that's a toughie. I could tell all the other acts did, but her voice seemed kinda weird. But that may be her normal voice. She definitely sang some parts live. I'm not exactly sure what her "real" voice sounds like, so I can't really answer that.

LuckyGenie, I'm not sure. I didn't leave my cable box on, so I didn't tape the first hour and a half when I had such good seats.

I was just wondering cuz I just finished watching it on TV and noticed when Faith Hill got her award, when they had the camera on Tim someone else filled in Faith's seat and was sittin next to him and I was just thinkin wow wouldnt be cool if I sat in Howie's seat ;)...anyways it sounded like you had fun, I know I would If I was there :D okay it's late g'nite.

oh yeah..one more ?..on tv it looked like everyone liked Billy Gilman he got a standing O..what were people around you saying about him? (I thought he did pretty good)...was he really that short?? When he was standing next to Mandy Moore he looked so little. Isn't he like 12 years old?

Ah, just to say. That Jennifer was singing live. She was singing to playback and parts was the tape was the harmonies. It was all live. Brit was also. To my surprise that she actually had her tour band on stage for it.

Hey guys, thanks to those of you who actually replied ;)

I went to bed early last night, I was exhausted...sorry I didn't answer your questions then.

Let me tell you one thing I forgot, for one segment, I sat right next to Ron Fair! I'm kicking myself for not saying something about Christina! :( Oh, and it was a total surprise that that gorgeous hunk-of-a-man David Boreanaz was there. I know Monica would be jealous :p


Stefani, another poster basically answered...Jennifer sang some parts live but sometimes she sang over a backing track. She was one of my favorite performers of the night!

Tiff....who's seat did I fill? I don't know, the first awesome seats I had were taken by some people I didn't know and Marla Maples. Other than that, I just kept moving around to try to get closer to *NSYNC! :p I can also tell you that Billy Gilman blew everyone away. Even the rappers gave him a standing O! And everyone was so happy when he won. :D

Julie, the awards started at 5PM and ended at 8PM, which is 8-11PM Eastern. What did I bring back? Well, I tried to fit Justin in my purse, but he just didn't fit, so I settled for a program :)

Joy...YES...lots of eye contact. With everyone!! You are literally roaming the aisles in the middle of commercial breaks, and the celebs sit at the end of a row, so yes!

lady diva, we are not allowed to take pictures or ask for autographs, or else we run the risk of being escorted out :(

aguileragirl, I don't know why Christina wasn't there, but Shelly told us the night before. I was excited for a quick second when I heard the beginning notes of NWTBL when Ricky sang though!

Marlon, I'm not a Britney fan, but I'm the first to say she's a very pretty girl. She looked pretty in her dresses, though I didn't like her "outfit" when she stripped :p

I know Lauren!! After I left, I was thinking I should've told Ron how much I loved NWTBL!! grrrr to me... He kept making comments to a blonde lady during Martina McBride's performance. He liked it though, he was tapping his feet :p

Well I don't think she's gonna say she looked ugly...lol...i'm sorry, but that question is "blah" It really means nothing, cause from a distance anyone can and will look pretty. Which Britney can, does, and will continue to do...but I've met, along with some friends of mine, Britney on some *down time* and pretty isn't the word i'd use for her exactly...ending that..

ALL of the "live" singing some people are claiming to is getting ridiculous...Jennifer Lopez, I LOVE you, but she even lipped the talking part. She was not singing live, what so ever. Britney definitely was NOT...those lip-synchers know how to keep you hooked though. They give a "whoa", "yeah", and "wooooh..." during their performance to show "Yes, my mic is at least turned on..." Lordy LORD...

My favorite part? Ummm.....just being there. Turning around and walking next to Ashley and Erik from O-Town, or waiting for Beyonce to sit so I could get by, almost falling on Tyrese and Lance, hitting Dr. Dre when trying to get out of the row behind him, sitting next to someone's from Outkast mom....just being there.

Not sure if anyone said this yet, but J-Lo and Britney did not sing live. Their performances were still really good :) I was backstage for the whole show. For those of you who saw it on ABC... you might've seen me. I was there when he was interviewing BBMak. I stood by the red carpet when most of the celebs arrived and left. BBMak are so cute :o( LOVE those accents. They're such sweeties too! :)
