I'm almost positive that's outside the Ritz Carlton in NYC by Central Park.

And when I'm not sure, but Lindsay hasn't looked like that in years now so they must be at least 2-3 years old

I think it was 2003 or the beginning of 2004. It was around the time of toopalooza or whatever it was. A friend of Lindsay's said she doesn't hate Aaron at all and if she ever saw him otu she'd say hi and I remember watching her on some show and she said when she was at a show she was doing with the bsb and Aaron was there backstage she said she talked to him and they are cool with eachother, probably all just publicity.
