He thanked the MacMahons, the fans, his family (he got remarried to an Italian woman) and everyone in the business.

I'm surprised he would thank the McMahons. I guess Michaels left before his speech, and people are saying Bret told him to leave. Why would he do that?

I definitely remember that. I know the two don't get along, but I thought Vince was his bigger enemy. Bret and Shawn got along for years;it was only maybe 1996 and 1997 that they started to hate each other. I am happy to see Bret and Benoit together;I wish they could wrestle one more time.
