As reported earlier today by WWE's new Mobile Alert system, SmackDown Superstar Randy Orton has been suspended for 60 days due to unprofessional conduct.

Was he angry that his Wrestlemania match was cut short and did something he shouldn't have done, or is this part of the storyline?

I'm pretty sure it's not part of a storyline. I'm not sure what he did that got him suspended!!

His Wrestlemania match was maybe 9 minutes long, and I thought there were plans to give him the belt originally. I guess there could be many other reasons as well.

Prior to SmackDown this past Tuesday, Randy Orton was told that he was being suspended for 60 days due to unprofessional conduct. WWE.com recently caught up with Orton to get his reaction to his suspension. Here is what he had to say:

“WWE has certain standards of conduct they expect out of all the Superstars on both RAW and SmackDown. Unfortunately, I violated those standards and was not representing WWE the way I should have been. Basically, my conduct was unbecoming of a champion, which is what I will be again when I return.”
