Instant oatmeal is good. I think that Quaker has some varieties in a cup. Just add water and nuke it.
If you don't have access to a microwave, or time to sit and eat it, granola bars are a good option.

I don't like to eat breakfast either, but I try to "force" myself to eat because I've heard that you should eat breakfast

Oh and about "breakfats" lol if ya'll are talking about breakfast, i found it helpful to drink a breakfast shake that's full of protein and vitamins and minerals if i don't feel like eating.

Surfer dude, you don't need to have 3 posts in a row. Ever hear of edit?
For breakfast, which I always eat at work, I tend to have toast with cheese or peanut butter or sometimes raspberry jam and a glass of OJ. I don't eat cereal much, but when I do, I like my Honey Nut Cheerios .... especially the nuts. :susp: I do like me lucky charms, Cocoa Puffs, etc... but they're too sugary for moi. :greyno:
