- Before the show a man near the front rows asked his wife to marry him. The audience cheered.
- 102.7 KIIS FM DJ Valentine introduced Chris Brown.
- Show started at 8:33PM with Chris Brown performing "Gimme That"
- Randy Jackson showed up before Mariah's set. The audience went bananas and started making Randy's sig "woof wooof"
- "Make It Happen" was partly sung by a backround choir.
- Mariah changed outfits three times throughout her set.
