Um, why don't they go by how many albums they have sold worldwide. and do they even count singles Mariah has sold 10 million with EOM album and she out sold Madonna which Madonna only sold 7 million.

I think worldwide sales are too difficult to track. Ok I think Mariah is actually at 62 or 63 cos I think that list might be old... I think her albums are:

Yes I think you are right, Mariah has past Madonna by now look at Mariah's new album and how much it sold. plus Mariah had 3#1 singles off that WBTG, DFAU, FLAB, I hope she puts out another single that is slamming.
