Pop beauty Mariah Carey kicked off her Adventures Of Mimi tour at the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Saturday with the most adventurous of costumes for her lucky fans.
A friend of the superstar singer, 36, who changes outfits an incredible nine times during the show, tells us: "Mariah is more toned than she's ever been before - and she wants to show off the fruits of her labour."
And no one in the audience could say that all those hours in the gym weren't well spent.
