Radio Station Play Lists

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that most of the radio stations nowadays are becoming like collections of cookie-cutter copies all playing basically the same tunes over and over and over and over... until you just want to scream out 'Make it STOP!' ...please? There's a lot of good music still out there but it's hardly if ever aired, just the same collections of so-called 'hits'. You'd think somebody would startup a station for flipsides or the real gems that a lot of us have in our own personal music collections or something...
