Once again, you've posted a misleading headline. What the poll actually says:
Just over half of residents would support the death penalty IF DNA evidence were available to back up the conviction.
When asked to choose between life with no possibility of parole and the death penalty, more respondents opted for life with no possibility of parole (50% vs. 45%)
Please explain how you can state that Wisconsin voters "strongly favor bringing back the death penalty" based on these poll results.

So i guess with his reasoning, its safe to say Americans Strongly Disapprove of Bush's Job Performance
