Obviously the East has been the inferior conference lately, but I've never seen any conference this bad. It's short into the season, and I had already figured the East is 30 games worse. Why do you think that is? Obviously the Heat are not playing up to par(no Shaq), and I think the Bulls are not playing close to their potential, but I really hope other teams in that conference can turn this around.
