BoA is huge in Korea. She's always referred to as the "Star of Asia" or the "Fairy of Asia" when they do interviews or segments on her in the news or when she performs on, say, Inki Gayo. Some 1.006 million copies of BoA's album "Best Of Soul,¡" which was released in Japan last month, have been sold so far. Given the current slump in the Japanese record industry, selling over one million copies is considered a great feat, attesting to BoA's enormous popularity in Japan.
last month, BoA release her 15th single in Japan, called "Do The Motion,¡" and stage more performances. Aside from "Do The Motion," which will be used as a jingle song, the new single album also includes "With You," which BoA wrote herself, and "Kiminoto Narite" ("Next To You").
