Is The Greatest Game EVER!!!
Just thought I would share that with those who care. :)
I just beat the game tonight, with my nephews help. It took us from Dec. 25 to Jan. 21 to beat it. And even though that sounds like a short amount of time to beat an epic game like Zelda, keep in mind that we played the game every day, sometimes 2 or 3 hours each day!
I was concerned at first with the controls with the new controller, but the controls were great! It made you feel like you were more involved with the game, rather than just pushing buttons. I was also concerned with how this Zelda game would compare to past Zelda games, such as the great Ocarina of Time, but I must say, I think Twilight Princess is just above Ocarina of Time for so many different reasons.
BEST GAME EVER!!!

You suck! I haven't had a chance to play much this month. I wanna beat it!
I heard the final boss is killer. How long did it take you to beat him, Chad?
Even though I haven't beat it yet, I have to agree...it's the BEST game EVER. I didn't think it'd really be better than Ocarina (my favorite) but it IS. I LOVE IT.

I dont want to spoil anything for you Bekah, but the final boss is killer! The final boss and the ending is certainly different from any other Zelda game! I was like, WHAT?!, then WHOA!!! And some other silly sounds. But seriously, everything about the final boss, the graphics, the music, everything really gets you excited. I beat the final boss in one night, it only took about maybe an hour or two. I didnt die any while fighting the final boss, but, I did have 2 full bottles of blue potion to refill my life, and I had to use both bottles! So, a word of advice, make sure you either have some fairies or some blue potion before entering the final fight! And prepare yourself for the greatest final boss and the greatest ending of any Zelda game! Oh, and when the credits roll, just sit back and watch, I never tried to push any buttons anyway, so Im not sure if it would let you skip it, but there are some more cut scenes.
I may have to dust off Wind Waker and play it again. I got to the end, with Ganondorf, but I walked through a wrong door I think and I never could get back. It was odd, I know I didnt beat the game! But I was so close and then, nothing!!!
And Im getting Four Swords for the gamecube for my nephew for his birthday, I heard the multi-player on that game is fun!
Now, if they would just hurry up and release Phantom Hourglass for the DS!!!

hahaha, man windwaker is like the EASIEST boss ever. You need to finish it!
And four swords is SO SO SO awesome. It's so fun to gang up on each other too and steal money. hahaha. And um, to work together to beat the game too I guess.
Do you have a DS? I can't justify buying one yet...because all I'd want it for is Zelda and they're SO expensive.

I may try to figure out how I get back to the boss in WindWaker. I mean, in other Zelda games once you are at the boss there is no turning back, if you die, you start back ready to beat him, if you win, game over, so how in the heck did I get to Ganondorf and yet walk through one of two doors and end up back outside?!! It confused me so much I quit, but I will beat it, eventually.
Technically we have 3 DS's. We bought a blue one for my nephew when he started first grade, as a reward gift for going back to school without incident. Then, my sister next door bought a pink one for Nintendogs, she grew tired of that game and bought Animal Crossing: WW, but she never was a video game player, so she gave it to us so that all that money did not go to waste. Then, April bought the light blue, teal, one. But, she is not much of a video game player either, so we adopted her DS as well. We have 3 copies of Animal Crossing: Wild World! Plus a few other select games. Now I am waiting on Phantom Hourglass.
I can not wait for Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon for the Wii!!!!

I'm so waiting to play. I never played Zelda before Windwaker. Which I liked, and I know this is going back to more of a classic Zelda so I want to see how it is. But I still haven't got a hold of Wii yet :(

I'm still trying to get past the Zora water temple..I DESPISE ZELDA WATER TEMPLES!
I hope to god thats the only one in the entire game
I adore this game..but no Zelda title can ever surpass the Orcarina of Time. That is the best game ever.
