Famous Hillary?

I know this girl has done her share of acting, and that she has recorded albums, but how known is she as a celebrity? She seems to be quite known person in the US, but from Europe's point of view, she's nothing remarkable. Some people here may not even know who she is, I might be in a minory if I say that I know she dated this guy from Good Charlotte (and that info came via LD). But in general tabloids are not very interested about her on this side of the Atlantic Ocean. Maybe UK is an exception...?

So the question is; how "big" is she in the US? Bigger than Jessica Simpson? Equally known as Mandy Moore? How has her albums done saleswise? How has her single charted on the Hot100? :susp2:

she has had 2 #1 albums her self tittled one was # 2. she is not as famous as paris hilton or lindsay lohan tabloid wise but she is famous. her next album is going to be released sometime in april and her new single is going to be released tommorow at 7:30 am in KIIS FM in la. its called with love. so yea if want more info just ask I'll answer.
