Hey everyone!
Have you seen The Alternate Routes’ “Time Is a Runaway” video yet? http://www.singingfool.com/Music/Video/TIME_IS_A_RUNAWAY_VIDEO_PREMIERE/T00067364.htm
This band is an incredible alternative/pop rock new on the scene who I discovered while matching MTV’s “The Hills.” And then I found them again when they were featured on myspace a few weeks ago and had to find their new CD although it hasn’t come out yet. I think they sound like a cross between Augustana and Aqualung and my college friends at Texas U feel the same. I think their new CD “Good and Reckless and True” comes out on March 13th. I just preordered my copy on Amazon and can’t wait to hear the whole CD!
If you’re curious or looking for a new good rock band for your ipod, check em out at www.myspace.com/alternateroutes. I saw their tour schedule and right now they’re only playing Midwest and east coast dates. I hope they make it down to TX soon!
