I was reading on my local news paper the other day that Mariah Carey wrote a song with Willie Nelson, it's called "Right To Dream" or something like that. And the director of the movie said everybody was crying when she sang that song for a scene of the movie, he said the song it's very important and crucial for the movie and Mariah's character!!!! I mean, I know he is the director of the film so he would never say anything negative about the song but still got me excited about the songs Mariah will sing here.

Country-ish ballads are very moving and touching, now add Mariah's voice into it and bham!! A great ballad!!!!!!!!!

OMG...are you serious? Does this mean that Mariah is finally back to her old self??? I hope so....and I am ubber excited to hear the songs that she recorded for the soundtrack. Gotta love Mimi!!!

She's not supposed to be a good singer, right? So is this sung specifically for the SDTK or is it a song deliberately sung poorly if it's performed in the movie?
