Umm.. I am obsessed with this game. But I now have so much custom content that my computer can't keep up :roll: I have 2gb DDR2 ram with an ATI X800 card, so that’s saying something..

Mine would probably get like that. If I had the CD to play with anyways.

Grrr.

I just bought the Sims 2 Pets and I can't even play, cuz it wants to update the original, and the disk is in storage!!!! :noway:

Awwww! That's too bad.. maybe you can try downloading the patch from the website? Maybe it won't need the cd then.. I dunno :( I have all the major packs except seasons. I don't have any of the glamour or whatever small packs.

I tried that, but to no avail. It still wanted the disk. So I just have to wait until I can get mine, or I have to buy another one. Thank god for eBay. That way I don't have to spend $40. Maybe more like $10.

i wish i could play the sims i haven't played in months and wont be able to in a while. I was so obsessed my mom wouldn't let me take it to school with me and i'm at summer school till August, i think she planned it that way lol.

Ohhh goodness I love that game I played it to the point where I had to go searcing to find an unoccupied piece of land.

I love this game but I uninstalled it once & can't get it back on my comp, the disc is full of scratches & errors always come up while installing. :(
