New single is "BLUE SKY"

Howard Stern just announced that Hanson's new single is "Blue Sky". Nobody corrected him, so I'm guessing that's the truth.

I'm very happy to hear that, myself. I think it's a much better first single than "Go".

In other news from Stern's show: the album will be released in the US on July 24. Mark your calendars. :sunny:

And I haven't heard the show yet, but those who have are saying that the guys were awesome on the show.

Yes, from what I've heard it is the FUNNIEST interview. I'm happy about Blue Sky. :) It'll be a little more waiting, but it will be worth it.

I love Blue Sky it's so uplifting and beautiful. I'm so happy they are releasing it. I really think they should release Been there before as well it's such a different soulful song that makes me smile and sing I would love to see a video for it too. I can't wait to see the video for Blue sky.

I dont get it...why did they make a video for great divide...i think gd should have been first single. but yes blue sky is better than go cuz they need an uptempo song to open. so when should we expect radio stations to have the single? I need to start requesting soon

"Great Divide" was a charity single. All proceeds from it went to an AIDS hospital in Soweto. So it couldn't also be used as a single to promote the album. But I do think it's the best song on the album. "Blue Sky" is pretty cool too.

ohh i see. well I still think it should have made it to the radio. thats my fav song off the album. but blue sky is cool. I guess I would have chose that or tearing it down. cuz my second fav is been there before but I think ppl would find that too bubblegum for their taste.
