No more need for debate...there is a conscensus---California is in a drought due to global socialism...er...warming. No question about it, it is a fact! Shut up and get to work solving the drought---except those of you in China, you get a pass. Oh, and India too, the "rich" nations need to set the example for them.
Now get to work...but don't drive there. And only use one "square" of toliet paper per "sitting". And make sure to watch Al Gore's "concert". Then plant a tree afterwards---to offset the "carbon footprint" of the concert. Which will be HUGE what with all those private jets and limos.. :]

But a Columbia University researcher isn't referring to the dry spell as a drought. He sees it as a transition to a more arid climate. Unlike past droughts, the culprit, he says, is global warming.
