I was surfing around and I came across to this:
Britney Spears is considering filing a restraining order against her mother,
it has been reported.
The 'Toxic' singer is said to have visited her attorney earlier this week to
make enquiries about the order, which would keep her mother Lynne away from
Britney's children, reports gossip website X17online.

She went to her divorce Lawyer. They do not deal with restraining orders. Only against spouses.

it doesnt say she went to her divorce attorney, just that she saw her lawyer. and beings she's britney spears, she probably has a team of lawyers that do everything for her.

LMAO you have no clue what you are talking about, and I am about to embarass you horribly by proving so. What is your background in law? I'm am guessing you have NONE.
FYI - many spouses filing for divorce use their attorneys to file order of protections (aka restraining orders) against their spouses to limit exposure their spouse has to their children and assets. Not to mention for the personal safety of the spouse who filed for the divorce, and the children (in cases where domestic abuse is prevalent).
Also - divorce attorneys are not limited to only representing divorce cases....Family Law practicioners transcend divorces and also help with child abuse cases (both civil and criminal), adoptions, legal emancipations, gaurdian ad litems, and more. It is perfectly plausible that someone like Britney can use the attorney that she retained for her divorce to help with drawing up the paperwork for a restraining order against her mother....or for ANYONE for that matter.
Don't believe me?? I actually have education and background on this subject matter. Talk to someone who KNOWS. An attorney, for instance. Just not heavenwaits22.....because he talks out of his rear-end 24/7.

Right. Because this has been known since last week and the only people who have reported it are x17.
Why would x17 know? They are pap agency.
Secondly Kevin would have to be involved also seeing as they share custody and he has a say also in these matters. Looks like he hasn't said anything about this.

There has to be a logical reason why Britney is filing for a restraining order againt her mother. If this is true.(And usually the paparazzi is right when it comes to these sort of things...)
So far, I've heard that Britney is doing this because her mother is abusing prescription pills.
(NOTE: Britney's dad once abused prescription pills.)
So, I guess time will only tell. But, maybe, Britney is doing this so her mom can seek help and get clean.
(Just like when Britney's mom and Kevin used the kids against her and made her go into rehab.)

However, according to Shar, I do believe it's something petty:
"Though the rift between Lynne and Britney Spears had been growing for quite some time, it was Lynne's relationship with Kevin Federline's first ex, Shar Jackson, that pushed things over the edge. While Britney, 25, was at Promises Treatment Center following her dramatic head-shaving incident, Lynne was getting to know "the other woman."
It all started when Lynne dropped grandsons Sean, 21 months, and Jayden, 9 months, at father Federline's house. Shar, 30, who also has two children with Federline, 29, was there as well, and ended up watching Spears' sons. After meeting, Lynne and Shar "started talking all the time," a Jackson source tells Us. Spears was enraged. "She decided she had to cut out everyone who was using her, and that included her parents," says a source.
Jackson confirmed the friendship for Us yesterday, saying, Lynne is "a really nice lady... It was easy for us to get along once we met." She also thinks it's time for Lynne and Brit to "work it out. They are mother and daughter. They need to talk already."
To read more about Britney and Lynne's road to reconciliation, and the events that led to their estrangement, check out the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands this week."

Britney is pathetic.
Maybe, it has to do with everyone seeming to team up against her.
Can you imagine?
Even her father went on national television to call his daughter "a very sick little girl."
But, she needs outside help. She cant do it on her own.
If she did, she'd screw up so bad, there's no telling.
She even fired Larry Rudolph because he played a role in sending her into rehab...She was on a very scary road. Without people butting in and making her do what's right, this lost little girl will end up in a very, very, horrible position..

At this point, I oculd care less if this story is correct or not.
Whats important here is that you have tried to pass off your statements regarding the legal system as being fact, which they are not!!!

only time will tell if this is true or not, we'll just have to wait and see.
