Land Of Make Believe(nbc)

Hey there everyone

Has anyone ever been to the Land Of Make Believe? Diane & I wanted to take her nieces & nephews(ages 7,8,12) as well as TJ(7 1'2 months) to the LOMB. It says there is a stroller restriction.....does anyone know if we could bring TJ?

Land of Make Believe in Hope, NJ (exit 12 off Rt 80)? If that's the place you mean, you should be fine. It's very family/kid oriented and inexpensive as far as amusement parks go.

I took my kids when they were very young, it was fine. You'll have a good time, and the kids are at a good age for it.

As far as the little one, this is from the website:
"Restricted Stroller Use: Strollers are not permitted in Water Park, Santa's Barn, or Train Depot."

Basically, you have to park your stroller outside the waterpark fence area, and then walk or carry the little ones in. Not a big deal at all. The 12 yr old might be a little bored if he/she's used to really big roller coasters, but I think there are some decent water slides for that age.

One thing we did that was a lot of fun, they put on a show and get kids from the audience to participate. Both my kids were in it, and since they needed an adult I joined them. Put my old college acting skills to use :)

I hear "Land of Hope and Dreams" was based on this place. He was going to call "Land of Make Pretend" by BJ threatened a trademark infringement suit, because that would be confused with his career.
