she was horrible...i felt horribly for her. my roommates ripped her apart...every other chat room as well....she lip synch throughout the whole thing and like her outfit didnt suit her....her extensions were horrible...it was just bad...

im still in shock. i really thought she was gonna have a "janet jackson" moment and dance her ass off and then perform her ass off. I thought the beginning was a joke to tease us. But sadly, it wasnt.

What happened? i was waiting for the joke to be over! Im not even being sarcastic. I cant accept that this was the end for her. I wish she didnt perform and embarrass herself like this. I truly feel bad for her. Forget the way she looked (high as a kite), but she could have at least "performed". its like she wasnt even there.

I agree with all of that. I was waiting for it to "start". Like she was performing but it was so bland, I was like when is it going to get going. She worked with Criss Angel right? What happened with that? She did look like she was high or something, I dunno. I feel so bad for her, who told her that was a good stage show? They need to be hit.

I'm glad I wasn't the only who literally thought the performance was a joke. I thought MTV was pulling our leg... even up to the last minute. When Tim mentioned "a surprise" coming ahead, I was expecting her "mirror and magic" performance.

She disappointed many people today.

Good question.

Dancing has always been the key component in her performances. But now... even dancing was horrible.

She should be one of the top entertainers (observe; not referring her as an artist) in the world. But this so called performance was something that might be called "career suicide".

I do not understand her desire to show as much skin as possible. Not saying that there's anything wrong about it, but she must realize that if she wants to go there, she should have a good figure as well. Otherwise, people will comment her figure, even though it shouldn't be relevant. But it seems to be in the entertainment business.

I was listening to Z103.5 this morning who Brit won some competitions at 7pm when viewers can vote for a song vs another song...they ripped her up this morning...

One radio host who always love her said she could only say it was "SAD" and that she's over...the other people didn't think it was the worst but it wasn't pretty

I always figured if all else fails she would dance and look "into" it, she looked so bored, high or drunk or something...it wasn't even funny, it was so embarassing for her for someone in her caliber of performing...

I agree it was the worst performance Ive ever seen of her to. And it was half-assed like...she lip synced the whole thing (badly)..and when the dancers arms were all the way up...her were halfway up...which there was no excuse since she didnt sing or have any energy. Im ready for a live interview from her to explain everything that has happend this year :(

Is the broken heel to blame for her lack of effort during her performance. Is it to blame for her appearance, or her awful job at synching? No.

The bottom line is that Britney had a terrible performance despite all the excuses. Her heel is not to blame. Sarah Silverman is not to blame. MTV is not to blame. K Fed is not to blame. The only one to blame for this mess is Britney.

Agreed! The sad thing is that noone laughed at that point. I believe the only time she got a laugh was during the "50 Cent" bit. :o Sarah should really hang her head. She's a piece of crap person.
