That's Natalie Portman's head and not everyone has the same bone structure so it depends. From what I've seen of Britney's bald head...it looks like an egg. Natalie is very petite and feminine. Britney is pretty, but still very muscular and I don't think it would work for her.

I know it's not her head, and maybe not short hair as this, but a short haircut would suit her I think. way better than those weird extensions she's got now.

I just wish she would of styled her short hair atleast once, it'd look so cute because we're always used to seeing her with long hair.
